Karma
Yoga is an exercise for energetic and physical cleansing. Karma Yoga
can also be described as "yoga of action". This exercise is about
conscious action. It is a combination of meditation and physical
activity.
Before doing Karma Yoga, it is important to go into yourself in a meditative state to clarify which topics want to be cleaned. Subsequently, the physical work/action is started. Here it is important to focus on the moment, to carry out the action steps completely consciously - with the focus on letting go your topic. This exercise is not about pursuing the goal of completion but about practicing "letting go" in the here and now.
